1. Photo Review & Qualification
We begin with photos to determine whether your deck is a good candidate and to provide realistic guidance before scheduling. Complex decks may require a paid on-site evaluation.
2. Preparation & Surface Control
Preparation determines the outcome more than the brand of stain.
We do not apply stain to surfaces that cannot reasonably hold it.
3. Stain Application
Most deck restoration projects are completed in one day, scheduled within controlled weather windows to ensure proper curing and performance.
A beautiful finish is only as good as the wood beneath it; addressing structural and surface damage is essential to prevent premature coating failure and ensure the long-term integrity of your deck. Some decks have underlying issues that affect how well a restoration will perform.
When repairs are recommended:
We can only provide a workmanship and materials warranty on surfaces that are properly repaired and prepared. If required repairs recommended by our professional contractors are declined, those areas are excluded from warranty coverage.
